FINAL (Winner 12 points, R-up 10 points)

JOHN ATTWATER   v   RITCHIE GEORGE     0-3

Ritchie George making only his 2nd appearance in the event this year once again gained 12 points with a 3-0 win over John Attwater. With 24 points from 2 outings Ritchie only just finished outside the top 16 by 3 points ( room for thought for next year Ritchie). John Attwater started the night in 7th place but after tonight’s performance he leapt 4 places to finish the weekly heats in 3rd place.

The results tonight saw John Attwater and Barrie Webb playing of for 3rd and 4th respectfully which as I had previously stated went to John. Another play-off match but with bigger consequences saw Rob Morling and Jamie Robinson play off for 8th and 9th place. Jamie came through this and took his place in the top 8. Rob who had been hanging in there for a couple of weeks dropped out of the top 8 and will now play in the 9-16 competition on final’s day.

Slightly lower down saw a spirited surge from Marc Patrick who just fell at the semi-final stage which if he had won would have seen him jump into the 9-16. oh those missed couple of weeks Marc.

The 100% Tournament played between players who have attended every week but not made it into the top 16 saw 14 players compete down to a final. The final is played on THE GRAND FINAL’S DAY in between the 1-8 semi-final and the final. The draw was as follows:-
