Times have never been so g ood for darts players in Andover
looking for quality and a variety of competition.
Not only does the Invitation League run both summer and
winter leagues, there are monthly ranking competitions
carrying over £500 in prize money which leads to the now
nationally acclaimed Transplus Andover Classic each Easter
Saturday.
Further development and commitment from a host of dedicated
players include the Andover Super League 9-man side
captained by Jeff White that takes on the best of Hampshire
during the winter, two North Hants Super League 6-a-side
teams run by Ivor Andrews and Ian Nicholson and two
eight-man Andover sides in the Worthy’s summer super league.
If you are not yet old enough to take part in this abundance
of opportunities then there is the world famous Unicorn
Darts Youth Academy at the Entertainer which now coaches up
to 67 youngsters each Wednesday night.
